2 to 8 weeks before your wedding, you will need to do these actions.

• Choose gifts for wedding party
• Chase unanswered invitations
• Draw up final list of guests.
• Confirm numbers with venue/caterers
• Confirm transport
• Remind the Groom, Best Man, and Bride's Father to write speeches.
• Buy marriage licence
• Send list of "Must have" shots to photographer and/or videographer

Try hard not to leave anything here for + the final week. There is plenty for that week anyway.
