The people in leadership positions in any company are the key. They set the tone and the ethos.
EMC Catering is led by three women who are friends who have known each other for years.
- Sonia Samms — organiser, sales and cooking.
- Cecile Francis — who cooks and holds the purse strings.
- Millie Dunk — in charge of the kitchen.

The three ladies are very much "hands on" because that is the only way to ensure consistently excellent service. But they could not do it without help.
Able to cope
EMC Catering is able to call upon a small army of excellent people to help with larger functions. This includes qualified and licenced people to run a creche, waiters and many others.
