Millie is the quiet, intuitive one of the three. She is a passionate cook, and delights in preparing and serving food.
The key to great food is to get excellent ingredients and then cook them properly. I like to get to the markets early so I can select the produce I will be cooking myself.
You won't see much of Millie at your "do". She keeps in the background. You will however, find her completely in charge of what is happening in the kitchen, ensuring that everyone has an excellent meal. She has a wonderful knack of anticipating customer needs.
And in spite of the problems that catering for large groups can cause, she will keep smiling. Whatever happens, Millie will rise to the occasion.
Millie lives in Northampton with her son.
