Sonia Samms

Sonia learnt to cook as a child in Nottingham. She recalls that her Mother had exacting standards in the kitchen.

"My mother is a superb cook herself, and she would not let anything out that was not right", Sonia told me. "Many's the time I would do a lot of work preparing something, and it would not be up to her standards, and whoosh - it was in the bin and I'd have to do it over!"

"She taught me how to do it right though."

Sonia delights in meeting people. She loves arranging weddings or other celebrations and seeing everyone enjoying themselves. She works well in emotionally charged situations, and has a very straightforward communication style.

Sonia is a committed Christian and lives in Northampton with her husband, a son and a daughter.
