An overdue, but nonetheless a most sincere thank you for the wonderful Caribbean banquet you served up at Northampton General in November. Your team were very friendly and welcoming and the food was EXQUISITE! People who had never eaten that type of food before and were a bit scared, tried it and loved it. You have converted quite a few to your country's cuisine. And there was plenty too. Seconds were had by many, thirds by some.
A testament to how good it was. One of the doctors is from Jamaica herself and she commented how good it was and how nice it was to have 'different' food instead of Chinese and Indian food.
One thing probably not mentioned very often (as I'm certain your food is complemented lots) is the quality of the plastic plates and cutlery you used. I thought it was metal cutlery! It really made the evening feel more special.
